About Me
Background
Most company stories are told twice: once by the people raising money or selling the business, and once by the numbers underneath. I’ve spent eighteen years working in the gap between the two.
I advise CEOs, founders and boards of technology and growth companies on the strategic decisions that shape value — M&A, capital raises and other transactions where judgement, positioning and execution matter.
My experience spans investment banking, M&A advisory and corporate strategy across European technology markets. Much of my work sits at the intersection of capital, narrative and execution: understanding what a business is worth, how investors or acquirers are likely to see it, which strategic options are genuinely available, and how to turn those options into an executable transaction.
Over the course of my career, I have worked with growth companies, institutional investors and management teams across software, deep tech and broader technology markets, advising through acquisitions, disposals, financings and periods of strategic change.
Before establishing my independent advisory practice, I held senior roles in technology investment banking and corporate strategy. I hold an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford and studied banking and finance at the University of St. Gallen.
I am based in London and work with clients across Europe and internationally.
